  • Exchanges are accepted only for eligible products within the specified exchange window.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
  • Exchange requests are subject to product inspection and approval.
  • Products purchased during sale or promotional offers may not be eligible for exchange unless stated otherwise.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Reyah currently does not offer refunds unless a wrong, defective, or damaged product has been delivered.
  • Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order with clear images and an unboxing video.

7. Size Guide

  • Customers are advised to refer to the size chart before placing an order.
  • Reyah is not responsible for incorrect size selection made by the customer.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery along with:
