Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During sales, festive seasons, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
  • Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro Cities: 7-10 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 7–10 business days
  • Remote Locations: 7–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

  • We may offer free shipping on eligible orders or during promotional campaigns. 

  • Please note that we will only be exchanging the product once for free of charge . Any subsequent exchanges will be charged at Rs 200.
  • We do not do any cash refunds / refunds in bank account .

Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking details so you can monitor your shipment.

Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate when placing your order. Reyah is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.

Delays

While we strive to deliver your order on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Natural disasters
  • Courier service disruptions
  • High order volumes
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

We appreciate your patience in such situations.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package and product. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International Shipping

Currently, Reyah ships within India only. If international shipping becomes available, this policy will be updated accordingly.
