Returns

  • We accept return requests within 7 days of the product being delivered.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Products that show signs of wear, washing, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return.

Exchange

  • We offer exchanges for size or product, subject to stock availability.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • If the requested size or product is unavailable, we may offer store credit or another suitable alternative.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale.
  • Gift cards.
  • Accessories (unless received damaged or defective).
  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product. We will review the request and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
